Night Shift Kitchen Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Kitchen Production Supervisor to join our team at Pure. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader to support the Production Assistant Manager in preparing our delicious food and leading our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Production Assistant Manager in managing the kitchen team and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Prepare our delicious fresh food in our kitchens, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
- Train and coach new members of the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Ensure the Health & Safety standards in the Kitchen are always followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £16/hour, including a £1 weekly bonus after completing your training.
- A permanent contract, with no zero hour contracts at Pure.
- A £15 daily food and drinks allowance, equivalent to £3,600 worth of food and drinks per year.
- Up to 28 days of holiday and an extra half day every 12 months, up to a maximum of 32 days.
