Job Overview
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Build Engineer to join their Operational Estates department. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of engineering systems, and experience in team management.

About the Role
This position involves leading a team of engineers in maintaining and improving the health board's buildings and estates. The successful candidate will have a recognized indentured apprenticeship in Electrical / Mechanical or Building Services HNC/HND or equivalent level of knowledge and/or experience in the Engineering trade. They will also have gained experience within a team leader role and preferably within a hospital environment.

Responsibilities
The duties of this job include participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota, time served with a recognized indentured apprenticeship in Electrical / Mechanical or Building Services HNC/HND or equivalent level of knowledge and/or experience in the Engineering trade, and having gained experience within a team leader role and preferably within a hospital environment. The estimated salary for this position is around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
