Electrical Mechanical Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to lead our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in electrical and mechanical systems to take on a leadership role within our Operational Estates department.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing direction, leadership, and technical support to the maintenance teams responsible for completing planned corrective work, breakdown repairs, and continuous improvement activities.
The ideal candidate will have a time-served apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical or Building Services HNC/HND, or equivalent level of knowledge and/or experience in the Engineering trade. Experience within a team leader role, preferably in a hospital environment, is also essential. You will participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
