**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Advisor to join our dynamic training team at International Location Safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our learning and development principles and methodologies throughout our training offerings.

ILS is a small, vibrant risk management company dedicated to supporting aid agencies, academic institutions, and campaign groups in developing their resilience and meeting their duty of care, even in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and implement pedagogically robust training programs that effectively deliver impact and value to participants and clients.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of online and face-to-face training courses, including complex crisis simulations and experiential training.
  • Maintain and develop the pedagogical basis of our training programs, ensuring they align with ILS' values and mission.

Requirements:

  • Formal qualification in adult learning approaches or significant experience in adult learning/training design and delivery.
  • Significant experience in delivering online and/or face-to-face training, including overseas locations.
  • Demonstrable experience in structured curriculum development and learning cycles for adult learners from diverse cultures.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 depending on experience, with clear progression opportunities.
  • Generous annual bonus scheme, 36 days of leave, employer pension contributions, and flexible working hours.
