About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our team at Juice Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing their queries and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales enquiries through various channels, including phone, face-to-face, email, and online
- Arrange appointments and bookings with clients and consultants
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to generate new business
- Ensure clients receive the best service by maintaining regular communication with them
- Conduct accompanied viewings and attract potential clients
- Build market knowledge and generate new business in a target-driven environment
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service or admin position is advantageous but not essential
- A passion for property and a professional telephone manner
- Great attention to detail and highly organized with excellent time management
