The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with diverse needs and abilities, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. A degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., special education, recreation therapy) and excellent creativity and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activity programs that meet the needs of individuals with learning and physical disabilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver inclusive and engaging experiences
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and outcomes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with individuals with learning and physical disabilities
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., special education, recreation therapy)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
