Role Overview

The Derby College Group is seeking a highly skilled Improvement Practitioner to join their Quality of Education Team. This pivotal role involves working across the college to enhance the quality of education provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data to identify key strengths and areas for development in the quality of education within own remit.
  • Aiding curriculum and apprenticeship teams with identified development.
  • Ensuring all delivery is compliant with Awarding Organisation (AO) requirements, College Policies and Procedures, and regulations.
About You

You'll be a proactive and knowledgeable professional with an in-depth understanding of the Ofsted inspection process and diverse educational areas. You'll excel in methodically collecting and analysing performance data relating to Teaching and Learning, demonstrating strong attention to detail skills.
