Job Purpose

As a Technical Application Evaluator, you'll play a key role in our Decorative Paints business. You'll use your experience and decorating skills to conduct experimental paint work and product development projects, providing valuable insights and recommendations to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct practical paint application tests
  • Provide feedback on findings and make recommendations on application properties and final esthetics
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support paint demonstrations and reviews of new developments or existing paints
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs
  • Support the active rollout of products and participate in ad-hoc application projects
  • Work safely and proactively improve standards

Requirements

  • Experienced decorator with good practical skills
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
