Job Title: Credit Control Team Leader

The role of a Credit Control Team Leader involves leading a team in the Accounting & Finance department, primarily focusing on debt management and risk assessment within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. The individual must possess strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the credit control team
  • Coordinate and manage debt recovery and risk assessment
  • Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of financial operations
  • Continuously review and improve credit control procedures
  • Provide training and support to team members
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
