About the Job

Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Construction Safety Lead Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and compliance of our housing portfolio, ensuring that all buildings meet the required safety standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction, materials, and safety regulations, including the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations. You should possess excellent project management skills, particularly in property maintenance, construction, or housing sectors.

In this role, you will lead a team of professionals in conducting detailed inspections to assess fire and structural safety, identify necessary improvements, manage remediation projects, and communicate effectively with residents about safety updates.

What We're Looking For

A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, architecture, or engineering. Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH General Certificate, are desirable. An estimated salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
