Fragrance Specialist

At Jo Malone London, we're on the hunt for a talented Fragrance Specialist to join our team in Leamington Spa. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the world of fragrance, working with our iconic scents and luxurious products.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales through effective product knowledge and recommendations. If you're passionate about fragrance and have a flair for sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and driving sales through effective product knowledge and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fragrance products, including their ingredients, benefits, and features.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging in-store experiences, including visual merchandising and events.
