At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a highly skilled Fragrance Specialist to join our team in Leamington Spa. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our fragrances, and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized fragrance consultations to customers
• Stay up-to-date on new fragrance launches and product information
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and expertise
