Healthcare Operations Manager

About the Role:
The Healthcare Operations Manager will lead a team of nursing and care colleagues to drive quality and maintain high standards of care on their unit. This role requires managing a team, overseeing clinical elements, ensuring care plans and risk assessments are completed, and acting as the Named Nurse for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of nursing and care colleagues to ensure high standards of care.
- Drive quality and maintain high standards of care on your unit.
- Oversee and manage all clinical elements and risks.
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner.
- Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you.
About You:
- You must have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
- You should have post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
- You should be a natural role model with the ability to manage your units team.
- You should have a thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care.
- You should have an excellent range of clinical and communication skills.
- You should have an enthusiastic approach to encouraging and motivating people.
- You should be able to work confidently on your own initiative.
- You should have a good standard of digital skills.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent supervision, peer support, learning opportunities, and career prospects.
