**Job Description**

As a Store Operations Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and inspiring your colleagues to provide excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for independently managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, leading and inspiring the team to fulfill their potential every day, and diligently checking and working deliveries.
