About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Primary Curriculum Specialist to join our team at Arc School Old Arley, a specialist day school for children and young people aged 7-16.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality primary curriculum delivery and nurture skills for KS 3 & 4 learners.
  • Tailor your teaching and lessons to respond to the strengths and needs of each pupil.
  • Set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils, promoting good progress and outcomes.
  • Provide care and support tailored to the general needs of the children and outlined in their EHCPs and individualized plans.

About You:

You should be a qualified (QTS/QTLS) teacher, preferably with experience in special education settings, particularly with children who have social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as other complex needs.

A competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
