About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team in Bedworth. As a vital member of our staff, you will provide targeted support to students with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience supporting children with SEN and SEMH
  • A solid understanding of the KS2 Curriculum
  • Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Effective behaviour management strategies to promote a safe and inclusive environment
