  • Monitors and analyzes sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Conducts market research to identify new sales opportunities, staying ahead of the competition and driving business expansion.
  • Trains and mentors sales staff, providing support and professional development, enhancing their skills and knowledge to meet the demands of the role.
  • Collaborates with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts, aligning goals and objectives to achieve business success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
