The Sales Manager role at beBee Professionals offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities:
- Leads and motivates the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
- Develops and implements effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging industry expertise and market analysis.
- Builts and maintains strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty through excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Monitors and analyzes sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Conducts market research to identify new sales opportunities, staying ahead of the competition and driving business expansion.
- Trains and mentors sales staff, providing support and professional development, enhancing their skills and knowledge to meet the demands of the role.
- Collaborates with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts, aligning goals and objectives to achieve business success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
