Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to brand standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the coffee shop area
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns
  • Operating tills and processing orders efficiently

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will also need to be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
