Here at Eco By Assure, our highly trained installation teams provide specialist insulation and heating solutions to homeowners and tenants in order to improve the efficiency of their homes, reducing both their energy bills and carbon emissions, while improving their quality of living. Ensuring compliance against ECO4 legislation, we utilise the government funded Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) scheme, worth £4 billion, to raise the EPC score in customers homes, delivering energy efficiency and heating measures to homes all over Great Britain.

**What are we looking for?**
- Computer literate with experience of MS Office
- Experienced in customer service
- Able to accurately input and update data into databases, tracking project progress and keeping key stakeholders up to date
- Able to efficiently resolve any issues and errors in a timely manner, ensuring close-out within a set timeframe whilst maintaining data accuracy
- Able to identify and escalate any discrepancies, inaccuracies or errors and ensure they are managed and resolved effectively.
- Excellent at time management, able to work to strict deadlines and be committed to getting the job done.

**Preferred Experience**
- Experience of working in ECO 3 or 4
- Experience with PAS2030 / PAS2035 requirements

**What will I be doing?**

As an Administrator at Eco By Assure, you’ll be at the very heart of our business, responsible for carrying out a range of tasks that include but are not limited to:

- Liaise directly with customers and installers to ensure customers stay informed of installation progress
- Maintain and organise documents related to the ECO 4 scheme to ensure efficient access and adherence to compliance standards
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external customers, suppliers, and contractors, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring all parties are informed and aligned with project requirements
- Assist in scheduling, organising, and documenting bookings, including follow-up actions and tracking progress
- Ensure that projects align with the regulations and standards set by the ECO 4 scheme, documenting compliance efforts and addressing any potential deviations
