Concierge - Weekends

At Residential, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team on weekends. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct routine inspections of communal amenities and common areas to ensure they are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
- Assist with post-move out and pre-move in inventories, ensuring a smooth transition for our residents.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the maintenance team.
- Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest recommendations to optimise efficiency and productivity.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures and policies.
