Job Title: Concierge - Weekends

At Residential, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team on weekends. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and providing a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct routine inspections of communal amenities and common areas to ensure they are well-maintained and meet high standards.
  • Assist with post-move out and pre-move in inventories, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow established policies and procedures, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting any violations or infractions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
