Job Title: Pensions Implementation Manager

At Capita Pension Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Implementation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Scheme Benefit team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile pension projects and driving the direction of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and development of staff assigned to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to quality standards.
  • Deliver new client implementations and support the Programme/Project Managers in steering projects to successful closure.
  • Own and promote best practice within the team and oversee process improvements.
  • Support the team in developing innovative solutions and creating a quality service.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical pensions knowledge in DB schemes and ability to explain complex matters.
  • Operations background and management and/or leadership skills.
  • Experience of client interaction and dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse requirements and ensure output is fit for purpose.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and policy changes affecting pensions.
