Clinical Psychologist Position at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust

We are recruiting a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to lead and develop our clinical services.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical or counselling psychology, with expertise in trauma-focused interventions and experience working with adolescents and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the clinical model for the Vanguard Violence Reduction Project (VRP).
  • Deliver training and capacity-building services to community organisations.
  • Collaborate with professionals and community workers in direct work with young people.

As a senior member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape our mental health services and make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Annual salary: £70,000 - £90,000, dependent on experience.
  • Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to improving mental health outcomes.
