We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Channel Manager to join our team at Be A Bear | We Grow Audiences. As a Digital Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing client YouTube channels, developing and delivering digital strategies, coordinating projects, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client YouTube channels, including content schedules, claims, and analytics
  • Develop and deliver digital strategies to grow audiences and increase engagement
  • Coordinate projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor competitor behavior and stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends and best practices
  • Craft creative and persuasive content to engage audiences and drive business results

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience working in digital, including experience of YouTube channel management
  • Fluency in YouTube analytics and a passion for great content, advertising, and brands
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and communication skills
