**Key Responsibilities:**

  • A good understanding of stock management and cellars.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career under an established Operations Manager.
  • The Cellar Manager will have a background in bars or pubs.

**Salary Estimate:** £36,000 - £41,000 per annum.
