We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Technology Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing technologies and processes for our fuels, LOFI and Emulsion Explosive products. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects and identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, industrial chemistry, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You must also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
