  • Support and administer MS SQL Databases, C#.net applications, and other related technologies.

  • Utilize support tools, incident ticketing systems, and knowledge base platforms to meet agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • ITIL Certification and experience in supporting and administering MS SQL Databases, C#.net applications.
  • Proven experience in application support, with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support and exceeding client expectations.
