About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Infrastructure Operations Lead to join our team at ALOIS Solutions. In this role, you will oversee and manage the activities of the onsite/remote support team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Lead: Oversee, monitor, and manage the activities of the onsite/remote support team, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly SLA/KPI reports/presentations for the weekly management call, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Service Request Management: Manage service requests from end-users, including preparing, building, provisioning, and decommissioning computing devices and accessories.
  • Incident Management: Provide IT helpdesk consulting and break-fix support to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Asset Audit Support: Assist with asset audits, including meeting room inspections, stock-room management, printer inspections, and IDF/MDF inspections.
  • Planned Software and Hardware Upgrade Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute software and hardware upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in IT infrastructure operations.
  • Excellent understanding and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent or advanced written and spoken English language competency skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments, respecting different cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Responsibility and a hardworking attitude.
  • College degree or above, preferably in a related field such as computer science or engineering.
  • Certifications equivalent to CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and/or ITIL V4.
