**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to join our team at Gregory Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, managing customer relations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our transport services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate daily service reports and monitor KPIs for delivery on time, shift revenue, and vehicle utilisation.
  • Manage and de-brief drivers on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Ensure deliveries and collections are completed as per customer requirements.
  • Communicate collection times and delivery bookings with customers.
  • Work closely with the Fleet Team to ensure defects are rectified in a timely manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working in a transport environment, including knowledge of working time directive and EU driver's hours.
  • Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
