About the Job:

The role of Associate Director is available in our Building Services consultancy firm. This position will involve leading the delivery of projects and being seen by clients. The successful candidate will have experience in Building Services Consultancy and be able to work remotely with occasional office days.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can manage multiple projects and develop strong relationships with clients. A salary of up to £90,000 per annum is on offer, along with 26 days' holiday, life and health insurance, and a bonus scheme.

The company offers a range of services including Engineering, Revit Coordination, Public Health, Sustainability, and BREEAM. Our work is mainly client-side, with RIBA Stages 0-4, and we also provide on-site monitoring works.

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for getting to grips with projects and leading their delivery. You will be supported by the business to invest heavily in the office, allowing you to welcome new appointments quickly.

We welcome applications from candidates with Electrical or Mechanical bias, as CEng is not essential. However, Building Services Consultancy experience is crucial.
