We are a luxury private hospital, located in the heart of London. Our Outpatient Department provides a range of services, including orthopaedics, ophthalmic, urology, obstetrics-gynaecology, dermatology, plastics, rheumatology, neurology, and nurse-led pre-assessment clinics.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior RGN to join our Outpatient Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate documentation, using Hospital-approved documentation in line with NMC and Hospital guidelines.
  • Providing evidence-based nursing care, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Communicating complex information effectively, overcoming any barriers to understanding and providing support during distressing or emotional events.
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Participating in audits and quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of new procedures.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in a similar healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, carers, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrable experience in mentoring junior staff and contributing to their development.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
