Job Title: Automation Developer Specialist
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for troubleshooting, calibrating, and adjusting plant floor devices to ensure optimal performance of equipment. The successful candidate will sort calls and breakdowns, expediting their completion, and provide information to maintenance mechanics to resolve breakdown situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for the BaSE department during sorts.
- Lead a team of engineers to achieve optimal results.
- Take PLC backups and troubleshoot using PLC software.
- Respond to internal customers and facility alarms.
- Troubleshoot problems and perform preventative maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in S7 software, including Tia Portal, Proneta, and Primary setup tool.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or international equivalent.
- Programming experience, including troubleshooting and basic understanding of networks and motor control theory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
