Job Description
  • As an Operational Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing effective planning and coordination of responsive repairs services.
  • You will work closely with the regional operational team to support the achievement of operational KPIs.
  • You will liaise with customer service colleagues in relation to appointments and updating of all systems when operatives report issues.
Requirements
  • Experience of working within agreed performance targets.
  • Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
  • Experience of working with databases.
