About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantum Consultant to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a Quantum Consultant, you will be responsible for carrying out claims and quantum analysis for our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out claims and quantum analysis for clients in the construction industry
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes and claims
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum experience in a Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management background
  • Familiarity with claims and formal dispute proceedings
  • Good knowledge of common contracts such as NEC and JCT & FIDIC
  • Strong reports writing skills
  • Good written and spoken English
