About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Career Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Employment Advice Service, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with CV writing, interview preparation, and job search techniques. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of our service and make a difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with CV writing, interview preparation, and broader job search techniques and approaches
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
