Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Land Consultant to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a retained consultant, leveraging your expertise in land acquisition and site development.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the UK property market, particularly in commuter belt areas. They will be responsible for identifying potential sites for residential development, working closely with our in-house Planning Director to assess feasibility and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct site visits and assessments to identify suitable land for development
2. Collaborate with the Planning Director to evaluate the viability of identified sites
3. Negotiate with landowners and developers to secure land acquisitions

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in land acquisition and site development
2. Strong understanding of the UK property market and planning regulations
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
