Job Title: Project Manager for Land Development

MTE Consultants, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer and Project Manager to lead our land development team.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Land Development Design and Analysis: You will oversee the design and analysis of land and site development projects, including storm and sanitary sewer design, water distribution system design, detailed grading analysis, and storm water management design.
  • Technical Report Writing: Responsible for writing technical reports to support consulting work performed, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Team Management: Day-to-day management of Civil Engineering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical input on projects to ensure delivery of consistent, quality products to clients.
Requirements
  • A degree in Civil Engineering combined with a P.Eng. designation and at least 15 years of relevant work experience, including both project and team management.
  • A comprehensive understanding of applicable regulations, standards, and legislation related to land development projects.
