Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering inductions to new starters, conducting annual company refreshers, and providing 3-yearly refreshers on food safety and health & safety.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions to new starters and existing employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments, to ensure they are engaging and relevant to the audience.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to help them develop their skills and address any knowledge gaps.
Requirements:
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to adjust training content and delivery to meet the needs of different audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Food safety level 3 or higher and health and safety level 2 or higher certifications.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft systems and ability to use training software.
