Technical Trainer

Job Introduction
**NEW INCREASED PAY RATES**

We currently have a permanent opportunity for a **Technical Trainer** to join our team in Willand, Devon.
- The role is working **Days, Monday to Friday so no weekend working**:

- The hours of work and shift patterns available is**:5:30am - 2:30pm** Monday to Friday with an **early finish on Tuesdays** at 1:30pm.
- The rate of pay is **£12.25 per hour**

No transport to work? No problem We even have a free bus to work available from Cullompton, Tiverton and Bridgwater.

Main Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Training the sites quality management system to operatives across the site but primarily the technical team.
- Maintaining training records and training matrix ensuring GDPR legislation is adhered to.

Full training will be given for all aspects of the role but we would require experience in a similar position.

As our ideal Technical Trainer you will have:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous training and technical experience is advantageous
- Good computer and literacy skills
- Good organisational skills and adaptable to an ever-changing environment

About The Company
UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to consumers via major retailers. Our colleagues work across ten primary sites across the UK, where chickens are transported from nearby farms for processing and at our cutting sites prepared for portioning, deboning, and filleting. UK Poultry predominantly produces private-label products for major retailers. We know our proficiency is in processing, so we work with experts in other fields such as: hatching, farming, animal husbandry and transport to ensure that our supply chain is as effective and efficient as possible.
