Exciting Opportunity for a Locum Contracts & Procurement Lawyer

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts & Procurement Lawyer with a specialism in Construction to join our client, a reputable London Council, on a locum contract.

The ideal candidate will have experience of Construction, including JCT and NEC Contracts, and be able to provide expert advice on public procurement and commercial law. They will work closely with the Council to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.

Key Requirements:

  1. Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a minimum 2 years' experience
  2. Good knowledge of public procurement law and regulations
  3. Ability to interpret Contracts and other legal documentation
  4. Experience of using JCT construction software

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum (£30-£40 per hour) based on experience and location
