Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Accommodation Team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
  • Team Leadership
    • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
    • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Bar Operations
    • Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
