About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent customer service. As an Accommodation Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of colleagues to achieve exceptional customer service standards
  • Ensuring that our office-based services are delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinating inbound service levels to maximize agent availability
  • Providing regular support and guidance to team members
  • Ensuring that regulatory commitments are achieved while adhering to internal and external compliance standards
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
