As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing calls on our system, coordinating with operatives, and ensuring the effective planning and scheduling of repairs and maintenance requests. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively, and that all trades are ready and present on-site to complete works in-line with committed client completion dates. If you have a strong background in planning and scheduling, and are able to work in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage calls on our system to ensure efficient allocation of resources
* Coordinate with operatives to ensure effective planning and scheduling of repairs and maintenance requests
* Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
* Liaise with operatives, tenants, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of services
* Document control - ensure worksheets are received and checked
* Work towards individual and client KPI's
* Deal with council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential and emergency property maintenance works
* Tracking and monitoring to completion
* Liaison with in-house and 3rd party engineers and tradesmen and council operatives to plan appointments, materials and logistics and reorganising of schedules
* Organisation of external supply companies
* Ensure all trades are ready and present on-site and works completed in-line with committed client completion dates
* Be able to work in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades
