About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Recruitment Administrator to join our People Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support for a range of HR and recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, onboarding, and disciplinaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce HR correspondence, including contracts and offer letters
  • Create engaging job adverts for positions within the schools
  • Attend confidential employee meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Maintain HR and Payroll databases, and run reports
  • Liaise with third-party organizations via telephone and email
Requirements
  • Qualified with a CIPD or similar
  • Experience working within a relevant sector
  • Demonstratable ability to assist with HR and recruitment processes
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Experience of using HR systems (iTrent beneficial)
