Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and driven Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Knightwood Associates. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site activities: Assist the Site Manager in ensuring that all site operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Support health and safety protocols: Monitor and enforce health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Quality control and reporting: Help maintain high standards of quality control and reporting, ensuring the development meets client and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders: Liaise with internal teams, external contractors, and clients to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Requirements:
- Previous experience: Previous experience in a site-based role, ideally as a Trainee or Assistant Site Manager, or a relevant qualification in construction (e.g., HNC, HND, or degree in Construction Management).
- Communication skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
- Organisational skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- CSCS card: CSCS card (essential); SMSTS and First Aid (preferable).
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location and industry standards. Benefits include opportunities for career growth and professional development.
