The Opportunity

Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The Role
  • Manage departmental resources, including ordering materials and stationery, and coordinating events for team members and customers.
  • Input, GRN, and invoice matching of all promotional and overhead budget orders onto SAP and raise BACS requests.
  • Monthly reporting and data entry into team databases, such as CRM and PeopleSoft.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting visitors, and coordinating meetings for team members.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties, including monitoring marketing store inventory, hotel bookings, car hire, and timesheets.
Requirements
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Immediate availability to start work due to the temporary nature of the role.
