The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The Role- Manage departmental resources, including ordering materials and stationery, and coordinating events for team members and customers.
- Input, GRN, and invoice matching of all promotional and overhead budget orders onto SAP and raise BACS requests.
- Monthly reporting and data entry into team databases, such as CRM and PeopleSoft.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting visitors, and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Perform ad-hoc duties, including monitoring marketing store inventory, hotel bookings, car hire, and timesheets.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Immediate availability to start work due to the temporary nature of the role.
