SEN Teacher Position in Wallington

We are seeking a qualified SEND Teacher to join our dedicated team in Wallington, South London. As a Special Educational Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for pupils with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other complex needs.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, promoting their academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff, and parents, to provide comprehensive care and support for students.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience working with students with SEND
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
