About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Lead Clinician. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with learning difficulties, disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
  • Lead the clinical team in the provision of services across multiple sites
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality interventions
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff
  • Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for adults
Requirements
  • Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology
  • Previous experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults and children
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
