Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Home. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care to our residents while leading by example and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional clinical nursing to all residents, adhering to the NMC's code of professional conduct.
  • Deliver strong leadership and support the Home Manager in the daily running of the Nursing Home.
  • Supervise and support junior staff, promoting a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Delegate daily workload efficiently and effectively in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Maintain correctly written records and individual care plans as required by the company and statutory bodies.
Requirements
  • 12 months post-graduate experience in a care of the elderly setting, preferably in a nursing home, hospital, or community-based environment.
  • Experience working with elderly people with dementia, delivering clinical support in this area.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to provide advice and guidance to internal staff, residents, and their relatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in report writing and care planning.
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage complex situations effectively within a nursing home setting.
