Executive Manager for Luxury Residential Care

A luxury elderly residential home in Honiton, Devon, seeks an experienced Residential Home Manager to lead its team and deliver high-quality care services. Salary: Up to £70,000 p/a, plus Bonus & benefits package
Job Description:
This prestigious role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of excellent care and services to all residents. Key responsibilities include operational management, staff leadership, financial oversight, family and community relations, and continuously assessing and improving the quality of care and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role within a residential or nursing home, preferably in the luxury care market. Previous experience of managing a large-sized nursing home, a strong track record of CQC compliance, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks is also required.
